I'm a little bummed that there's no ballast tank gauges. That's one of the only cool things about MC's. The ballast tank switches, I saw on an RZ at the boat show, looked like an after thought. I know that Tige has to cut costs somewhere, to keep the boat prices low, but that was a huge miss. The dash is the one place the boat designers should go all out. A cool dash goes along way. An x-star is junk, but I think that x-pod dash they designed is really sweet looking.(including the ballast gauges) That x-pod dash sells a lot of boats.

Wannabewakeboarder, you crack me up dude. You answer every post, no matter what the topic is. I think you might love boating more than anyone. Anyway, I plan on doing the stock ballast system plus some fat sacs. The wake should be huge on the RZ4, but that huge wake is only for surfing. I hope I can have my dealer install some trick ballast gauges for me. I saw a guy post something about installing aftermarket guages, I'll have to see what thats all about.Temporarily not a TO, but not gone forever... RID22 (Formerly K***k'n Futs!)

Coach, that looks nice. Where did you get that setup? I like the volt meter on the left. Your picture reminded me that I need to get some kind of Ipod holder. This thread on wake world has a boat with a good looking Ipod holder, I think I saw your name on the thread coach. It's the one with the LED rings around the wetsound speakers. I've looked at the pictures but can't figure out how he mounted his ipod.
WBWB, When my boat comes in, I'll light up the threads with pictures. I promise it will be over the top. I'm an idiot, and I like to put money into things that depreciate.
Here's a couple things to expect on my RZ4, if everything works out with my conversations with Tige:
Wet sounds tower speakers (Two sets of 485s and two 80's, if they fit)
Two Kicker Solo7 subs
Custom Sampson Tower
Custom Graphics wrap by Re:Boat
Black, 20 inch rims on my trailer
and much more, I'll be happy to take suggestions.
Like I said, I'm not a smart dude, but my boat will look sweet.Temporarily not a TO, but not gone forever... RID22 (Formerly K***k'n Futs!)

That looks sick! The wrap I'm thinking will cover the whole boat. It's probably going to have tons of graffiti. I just started my conversations with Re:Boat. It's a company I found on wake world. They used to be called www.axiom-graphics.com I saw some pics of a boat they did for the Detroit boat show. It definitely looked different.Temporarily not a TO, but not gone forever... why would you need gauges? you fill it until it comes out of vents its full. adjust wake with taps for different wake shapes and rider skill levels. thats the great thing about taps. it adjust without messing around with ballast changes all day. just get ur boat dialed in full and let taps do the rest!!!!! and in my opinion the gauges on the mc are the worst in the industry i just hate them so to each their own i guess. that is a nice lookin rig you got though.

The gauges look sweet, that's why I want them. It's just like everyone putting LED lights on their speaker grills and cup holders. It's totally not functional, but it looks sweet. Honestly, I'm just going to fill up all the tanks, adjust the taps, and surfs up! Every other boat, in the RZ4 price range has gauges.Temporarily not a TO, but not gone forever...
