    someone with limited graphics

Could someone here who has convenient access to their boat, and the limited graphics from 05-06 please measure the height and width of the oval? I removed mine a while back and don't have those numbers anymore. Thank You in advance!

Same job for now, I'm probably going to work for someone else next week, as a project manager, or if the offer comes for the job I really want, vice president over luxury custom home division with a big compensation package for one of the top ten construction copanies in the state. They have normally been mainly commercial, but are looking into starting a luxury residential division 3 million$+ homes. I should know if that is happening by Friday, if not I have another other job on the table and it has it's own benifits. Here in Utah if you don't have a huge bankroll it's tough to secure ground and build jobs, so my attitude is if you can't beat them, join them and join at the top.

Well good luck. That's actually what I build in ... the luxury to ultra-luxury market. Although I also take on about 10-15 customs in the 3000 sq. ft. - 5,000 sq. ft. range. But most my stuff ranges from about 9K sq ft. on up. Working on a 20K sq. ft. and working on the plans on a 35K sq. ft. house right now. But OK's a bit diff. than most other states. We don't really have any "large" builders in this state, in this market. Actually there really aren't any in the range of houses starting at 4K sq. ft. Below that, there are few. There's been a few that tried to come in and failed miserably. Most everyone here goes on referral which makes it hard to get started. For instance... most my customers come b/c my father built their parents house (or even their house in some cases) and my grandfather built their parents before that. Etc. etc.

Sounds like a great business. I have been doing mostly big stuff the last few years from referals, but now people that want me to build for them are stuck on someone else's land that insist on doing the build job. I pulled back on construction a few years ago and invested in some different things, a mistake as real estated has grown 20% each of the last three years in my area. If the VP job comes about I will post a link to their site, it should be huge, 1700 lots with only 600 sold and less than 200 already built and two John Miller designed golf courses, and I could be in on all of it. I have now interviewed or met with them 4 times and it is looking good, but I don't want to jinx it.
