has any of the scouts ever been to boundary waters it like in ely minn.
its where you go and portage from lake to lake we will be doing that this summer around august and it will be my frist time there anybody who can share experiences

I used to go to Boundary Waters every year, it is an Epic experience, you will love it. That is if you like to paddle a canoe and portage all day and you only eat what you can catch, no shower for a week, poop in a hole you did, purify your own water, and stay away from bear and moose......other than that it's great.

Not been to boundry waters, talked about it. We did a week in Jackson WY this past Summer and had a BLAST, we took 22 boys/adults. Trying to put a trip together out West for this Summer but no interest from the boys
