Todd,
Hey man it's Brandon!!! Yeah they are still in business. I was just talking to Blaine yesterday @ the boat show about putting a ballast system in my boat! Give him a shout this week he can talk to you about 2 different systems!!!! I heard you had a pretty good time @ the boat show!!! Got word from Ed/Jay that Daniel Watkins stopped by on Saturday evening and hooked them all up with his new board and bindings!!!! Pretty cool! Keep in touch!

I would try and contact the TIge dealer in Arizona. They are adjacent to one another. I get several emails and no one seems to be able to reach them these days. I guess they don't want any more business.Be excellent to one another.

Yeah and you would think that since the majority of the feedback I've heard from the company was POSITIVE they would have TONS of links on the WWW
Who knows........I'll see what our marina says... I'll post any info I get! Cheers, Brandon

Rival and Tige Performance Boats (the Arizona Tige dealer) in Mesa, AZ are the same. The website has been down for some time. They are so busy with the boat side of the business the Rival website has taken a backseat. They also had the Phoenix boat show this past week so give them a chance to recover and then give them a call at 480-655-9055. They are very helpful and great to deal with.

Too busy to do some marketing....It must not be very lucrative. According to my best calculations, the supplies to the rival system cost about half of what they sold it for. That is with me buying stuff online without any volume discount. So I think that they would make $500 on a $1000 dollar system. Then there would be some labor costs to put together the manifold and put it all in the box.
I was missing a number of items, so I guess good help really is hard to find!Be excellent to one another.

they make a 100% profit on when they sell the kits. Whoever started it as left the dealer, and there customer service on those has gone done the tubes. I would for sure love to buy it and market them and sell them on the internet for a discount to all the DIY's out there. Wonder if they wanna sell that business.Originally posted by G-MONEYIt hurts me to say it but go OU but only for this weekend!!!!

I am trying to decide what I am going to do for ballast. Rival, Make-a Wake or DIY. So far without sacs I am about $700 costing the DIY out. Not 100% sure what comes in the Rival set up, but based on talltigeguy's write up I am using some upgraded parts and includes the quick connects on the sacs.
Not sure which way I am going though. There are only so many ways to do an automatic ballast system.
Just like a sprinkler system Unfortunatly everytime i work on the yard sprinklers they leakLet it be!!!
