AKdoc: Freaking genius idea, I hadn't looked at those side sacs, and I would imagine that they would fit. If I could get 200lbs from each, I would be set up front, because we are probably going to keep the stock front tanks, then plumb forward to those side sacs. Any good ideas on how that would look, diagram wise? I had imagined that we would go something like this...
center left purge -----> side front sac fill
side front purge ------> front boat purge hole
side front drain -------> T with center left drain? (this one i have no idea how to do....)
Just a guess.
We are DEFINITELY going to weight the back with some 450+ pro x sacs, Jaime from extreme is gonna hook us up with some that are the exact same length as the 400 lbs, but custom to fill the entire width I think (he said he can do same price on em). The reasoning behind the larger back sacs is surfing: if we could get them a tad big, we would have a ton of space to fill if we dont have a lot of people on the boat...
Thoughts? Thanks again for all of your input, once we get this thing working, we'll have to meet up and ride somewhere, and you can critique your boat...

Not critique my boat, its yours now brother!
I would plumb forward just like you said. I would use the overflow line from the factory tanks to fill the sacs in the bow. I would then connect the overflow on the front sac back to the stock location to drain. You might consider replacing the cartridge pumps down by the v-drive, they are only 500gph pumps, and we are talking about a long fill time with those pumps. You could go up to the 750's and it is pretty cheap. We actually made that whole pump housing because the stock one cracked because our dealer can't winterize worth a crap!
Let me know how it goes. It would be easier to figure out looking at it, I'm sure you'll do fine. Jamie can probably help you out a lot, he's a nice guy.

Ok, diagram done...except for the drains. Is there a way to accomplish the drain function on just one pump? I was thinking I could just put a T in, then attach the pump directly behind the T, then go to the out, but I here is the problem:
1. If one tank finished before the other, the pump probably would get airlocked, and it would stop.
2. I am not even sure I could get the drain line on the front tanks to prime
Anyway, take a look, and tell me what you think.

Garrett,
I like your idea of putting the drain pump on the T, could you install that on the bow side of the hard tanks and the stern side of the sacs? I think that could work. There will be a drain near the bottom of the sac, so you should have plenty of water flow out of the sac. You should be ok if your pump is located basically on the floor. One pump will work, it just may be a little slow. We are putting 750lb. sacs in the rear lockers of our 24ve and only going to use 1 drain pump for each, and I doubt you are gonna get 750lb. if you combine the sac and the factory tank.

Having the pump in between the two tanks might work out, but it would require me to drill a bit...there is a divider between the front compartment and the stock tank compartment. However, there is a gap large enough to run at least 2 hoses already, but it is located up on the side "pocket" area between the front compartment and the back. My only concern is that would ruin my water pressue. Should I just drill those dividers?
