Sounds good in theory until day number 180 and you drank too much the night before

I'm no trader! I'm still doing that, its just that sitting on my butt sounds so much better!

I have to get some cardio on my routine though.

I just sit on air planes and hold my breath since they use so many regional jets now to try and keep from catching somthing. And then I burn calories by eating (movement of the jaw). Not really I have just started basket ball season.

Weights, stationary bike, elipitcal anything to to keep strong, I just had ACL surgery in October and want to be in the best shape I can be for the new season. I already have a knee brace but helmet is on my list of things to buy.. I'm to old to go deaf now.

Tore it up running down some stairs 4 years ago... got by with a brace but finally figured it was time for the operation. now it feels great but I really haven't pushed it. I play hockey and volleyball but I am taking the winter off to be ready for wakeboarding and waterskiing. outdoor fun is so much better than indoor.

Lately I have been riding 5 miles on the stationary bike every night and doing some crunches and pushups.

Man, you guys are hardcore in your posts anyway . I don't do anything different all year round. As long as I still run a 7 min mile I don't push it. That was one of the perks of being deployed is that I could hit the gym 7 days a week.
