I just sit on air planes and hold my breath since they use so many regional jets now to try and keep from catching somthing. And then I burn calories by eating (movement of the jaw). Not really I have just started basket ball season.

Tore it up running down some stairs 4 years ago... got by with a brace but finally figured it was time for the operation. now it feels great but I really haven't pushed it. I play hockey and volleyball but I am taking the winter off to be ready for wakeboarding and waterskiing. outdoor fun is so much better than indoor.
