    Prestige Trailers Customer Service

We got a new 06 Prestige BTV trailer with our 05 24V that we bought in December 06. After getting the boat home, I realized that the dealer did not provide any of the warranty or maintenance manuals for the boat or the trailer.
I emailed Prestige Trailers and told them what I needed and received an email back from Byron, in charge of customer service, stating that he would get me what I needed. 3 days later, I received all the information as well as a couple of shirts from them. Byron also included a pair of new white back up lights to replace the pair on the trailer that had water in the lenses.
Our previous Tige, a 00 2300V, came with an Extreme trailer. I thought there was not a better trailer on the market than Extreme until I pulled our boat home on the Prestige.
To me, the Prestige trailer pulled better and the boat loaded easier.
I think that Byron and his team make a great trailer and with promt customer service, you can't ask for much more.

We have a Prestige as well. Never had to use the customer service, but I have heard mostly positive things. I feel like our trailer is very well built.

Thanks for the feedback advice, It's always good to hear when there is a positive experience with someone so we know who to deal with in the future.

They are too proud of their product. I called them and asked them if I could get the Tige decals that they put on their trailers and they wanted $40 for a small decal. Needless to say they can keep their decal. I wondered if it was a copyright infringement.

How long ago did you speak with them? My guess is that if you told them the decals were coming off they would cover it under warranty. It's worth a try...Byron was very eager to please.

Ok, I failed to say I do not have a Prestige trailer. I just liked the decal's because they match the graphics on our boat. And I told them that. I'm sure that's the reason they were charging so much, but still awfully high.

Small details, but an important one. Have you tried the local Tige dealer or ebay? It is always surprising to me what is for sale on ebay.
              Good luck!

Our dealer does not have them. Prestige told me they had the decals made for them by a graphics company.

Probably not a bad idea. My son had some stickers made for his atv by a local shop and all he did was provide the art work. He was only charged $12. Maybe that is the way to go if you can find the logo you want.
