the wake is super sick, the wakesurf wake is just totally killer, and thats with no ballast right now, I will be adding ballast this winter.
the transom light at night time is just unreal for wakesurfing, now all I have to do is figure a wat to add a light filment in there so I can have it colored

Saw the transom light this summer at the AZ Tige reunion on a new RZ2. That has got to be the best nightime feature of any boat I have seen. Hope to get one for our boat soon.

Will the speakers interfere with your bimini? I was looking at the mounting brackets on our tower and I may need to do something with the bimini on our 24V if I mount the speakers as you did.

I dont know, the guys up at the marina are playing with it this week, ill keep you updated
It doesnt look like a problem once the bimini is out, but folding it back and forth might be a problem

                Wetsounds Threesome is $1750

A good Amp to drive them $400-$1000 (I would venture on the upper end of this if you want good clean power)

I have not looked into the boss speakers so I don't know what they offer.

As for better than NVS I don't think so. It depends upon what you are looking for. Wetsounds are very easy to take up and down and mount in different directions. That was the main reason I went with the Wetsounds over the NVS. NVS are very good looking speakers and offer a 10" mid on the 1010's only taking up 10.25" from the bottom of the bar. Duane from NVS is a very good guy and was very helpful when I was looking. Tim from Wetsounds is also a very good guy and was also very helpful. I think if you get either one you can't go wrong. Wetsounds has a new pivioting mount as well.

I don't know anything about Boss but I was going to purchase NVS Addictions because I liked the looks of them and heard them behind TallTigeguy's boat. NVS wasn't willing to work with Xplosion Towers on just one set of speakers, so I started looking around at other options before I bought them directly. I saw Coach's boat and his reference to discussions on Wake World and I found this thread on wakeworld:

                          http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/m...21/313693.html

Then I talked with TallTigeguy and he said that he like the sound of Wetsounds better on his friend's boat than his. Then I talked with Tim at Wetsounds (great guy) and heard more about their speaker and history. After all that, I was definitely convinced that Wetsounds was the way to go. I don't think that you could go wrong with the NVS and Dwayne at NVS and as Coach mentioned he is also a great guy. But for me, the sound from the Wetsounds is more clear and clean. I could have gone for the threesome and was tempted because of the flexibility of easily turning them forward as Coach is doing, but I went with the two 485s after talking with Tim and reading the above post. I don't spend a lot of time at the beach, I am usually just out on the water. I figure I could always turn the 485s or anchor my boat backwards if I want beach music. For the Tige Towers, because of the extreme curve, I think that the threesome is the way to go, although as mentioned above they now do have the adjustable tower brace.

Here are the pics of my wetsounds with the bimini extended. They are massive speakers:
