No she got my house (hence the trailer). Until she gets remarried, the house is still in my name and while it's still in my name the bank has a problem with me getting another house (funny ol' world).
not exactly, I can't until she refi's the home and she can't do that without a second income. I could have pushed to have the house sold when we seperated but I didn't want my kids living in a bedroom in her mom's house.
See if I move I can still keep all my toys since all but one are paid for Plus if I move, I'll get a pay raise too So... when my time is up, I'm outta here

I am guessing I would want out of Bakersfield too. Not the most desirable place to be in California. Have you lived in other area of Cali?
I am perfectly happy here in Cali and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I love the Golden State, but so does everyone else (whether or not they should be here leagally or not is another thread in itself)

I have travelled around cali yes. I'm sure I'll be here a while, I just want to get out and see the U.S. I just don't like how bad cali nickel and dimes you TO DEATH!
