I am coming home or 3 week vacation at the end of August. Counting on that Texas weather to hold up so I can get 3 weeks of wakeboarding in. Got my day of arrival all planned out. Wife and kids pick me up at airport, go to the boat shop, get the ronix one, go to lake. And I am leaving some details out of course for our younger crowd, wink wink. lol

And to all those that thanked me for my service. I appreciate it but make no mistake. I am a civilian contractor. I did my tours with the Marines over here but got smart and got out. To tell you the truth, I don't do anything over here. I work on a Radar system for Raytheon that is still new. If it doesn't break, I don't work. It never breaks. (knock on wood) So I spend most of my day in the gym, and on this website, and watching wakeboard dvds. The best part is, someone pays me a lot of money to do that. ha ha

Larry - they are Phatte Budde... We really think they look great...they welded on the cans right where I wanted and powder coated the whole thing...it came out just as I hoped...but...

They are out of business so if something goes wrong, I am out of luck to get spare parts etc...

Knock on wood...all is well and we really like the whole look... Thanks for the compliment on the tower...

I don't know what part of Powell I was in, so far i've spent 25 days down there and have been up to good hope and down to the dam, I put in at bullfrog though and if its a short weekend I stay up near halls but if i have a few days I try and get down to the San Juan.
