Parts replaced
Combo gauge(temp, fuel, bat, oil pres), tachometer(went bad), Had to shim idler pulley on motor, 2 starters, swim platform brackets(wore out) Seat mounting(drivers seat pulled out), all hydraulic cylinders on rear hatch compartments(2x), perfect pass paddle wheel, belts, seawater pump, 2 steering cables, shifter(fell apart), heater motor, shower pump, seat cushions, all of them.

Reading these posts, I am feeling pretty blessed indeed... We have replaced the impeller every year...that's a proverbial wear item though...so no big there.
Other than that, we have replaced the bilge pump and the taps ram... I knew there was an issue with the bilge...but our dealer found the problem with the ram as it was leaking slightly inside where I couldn't see it... Good service... Two years after purchase, they took care of the part and we just paid the labor... Same on the bilge pump... All good in my book.... Our boat has been rock solid with very few issues. We are believers and have sipped the kool aide...

3) Impeller Housing
4) Fuse block
5) Tower caphead bolts
6) tower backing plate (Machined new aluminum plate to match the foot print of the tower
7) clarion head unit
8) stearing cable
9) Distibutor cap
10) Upolstery x 2 That's the crappiest upolstery I have ever seen on a boat my old 96 Chris Craft was rock solid even after 10yrs
no seams coming apart like Tige'
11) clarion sub (Junk) replaced it with JL w3
12)water sepeator x 3
13) fuel filter X3
14) 4 new Goodyear marathon tires
15) SS cup holders
16) interior lights Replaced with red LED Bulbs
17) Stearn light (put one up on the tower because people kept breaking light when it was on the transom)

got mine used a little less than a yr ago.
1.high pressure fuel pump
2.3 ballast empty pumps (i knew they were bad when i bought)
3.both batteries
4.impeller (PM)
5.amps (they were missing when i bought the boat)
6.bildge pump
* saving my pennies for a new interior my seems are statring to show their ugly little heads. but i knew this was going to be an issue when i bought it.
