    RZ2i?

With the introduction of Malibu's 247 D-Drive, is Tige going to do anything to stay in the D-Drive game? I would take out a second on my house to get my hands on an RZ2i.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

or maybe something like the XTi versions of Malibu? I always thought that was kind of a strange design.

An RZ2i would be pretty sweet.

If the RZ2 and 4 do well, we might just see an early 08 "I" version

I actually really like the XTi's. My uncle has the 21'. Sweat boat, if your into Bu's. I actually test drove the 23' with him. It had no balast so the surf wake sucked. Well, all the Bu surf wakes I've ridden suck compaired to my Tige. The RZ is such a bitchin' design, I would hate to see the D-Drives not get any of that love.

I need to get into a r2z, see what's it about. I have gone away from skiing and toying with the idea of upgrading to a v-drive. Just can't decide. Not doing anything till I move away from ca as the local nearby lake is so shallow the wakes suck no matter what you have. I wanna get my boat out to confirm it, but have been told that if the lake is shallow you can't get a good wake.

What's a Direct Drive? Who knew Tigé made anything but a V Drive.

Once you have had a v-drive, you will never go back. Just sold our 2300V and picked up our new 24V (2005 with 33 hours). There is so much more room in the boat. I am looking forward to the 24 foot RZ, just not the price tag.

You guys have no idea the can of worms you just opened!

This might be the true test to see if Nickypoo has mellowed....

It's all good. I like D-Drives. What can I say? I like being able to spread my peoples to all four corners of my vessle. It actually works out killer for surfing. I can dump everybody all the way down one side and all the way back. All my boys are at least 200lbs. and they all know the call of, "Yo, drop two bills." So seeing as how I slalom in the morning and surf in the afternoon, it works out quite well for me.

I could go on, but we been there already. However, if anybody wants to go toe to toe..............

                        How did I do Tequila?

How shallow is it? It is true. You need at least 10ft. (IMO) for optimal wakeboarding. They say 10ft. for surfing, but it improves dramatically at 15+.

I'd say that lake is good for only one thing, slalom. You sure it ain't the river? Damn, you're in NorCal bro, don't get out much?
