The last time I had tiki's they were the ones that had the can in the wicker and my dumb a$$ didn't check the bottom of the can before I jerked it out to light it and had a huge wasp nest on it. Instead of calmly putting it back I threw the can down and got my butt kicked trying to get back into the house.
So, the NC Tige reunion is at your place next year, right

There will be a 4 foot wooden boardwalk around the entire slip with steps going up to the yard. The rest of the patio will be colored concrete. Home owners association requiers the boardwalk on all docks/slips.
I will gladly throw a bash at my place...problem is we would only have one Tige. I cant bring other boats on to our lake except for "up to a 4 hour test drive". POA rules. Sometimes they are good... sometimes they are a pain. I only have an 06' 21i. Used to have a '96 2002FSLM but opted for a better wake producing boat this time around. Everybody I ski with has either a Nautique or Mastercraft so I can still get a pull on the slalom course, but when its choppy out or anybody wants to wakeboard/surf/skate....anything other than go down the bouys.... or just cruise around they all come my way. Hmmmm... Not to say the 21i cant pull a slalom ski, it still pretty good. I just has a bit of a bump compared to the full on slalom machines.
working with 16 foot 6X6 wore me out. They are no joke. The back wall of the slip is ober 12 feet tall. Its holding back alot of dirt. I owe my neighbors who helped out a big steak and a lot of beer. At least its done down to the finish work. Some decking, sod and steps will do it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. It was a little overwhelming when we first dug the hole. We did play around with the dirt hill alittle
Lake Carolina in central North Carolina. Its a community lake. If you dont mind the cold and use a dry suit you can ski all year. With neoprene, we manage at least march through late october. Sometimes a new years day run just for fun...
