Warning: Do not look at these pictures if you are from a warm climate

We just got hit by a snow storm. My neighbors boat and sea doos are out in the snow (for the year) and my boat is out until the hangars are ready. I did brush the snow off of the boat. On the positive side, they get to see first hand how much water will be in the lakes

Nice snow storm. That is exactly why I put mine in the garage. I guess it is just time to go snowboarding or snowmobiling. Make the best of it.

      Nice house Moki!

Man I couldnt imagine dealing with all that snow, I was wakeboarding in 80 degree air temps on Saturday(yes I had to rub that in )....on the flip side my local lake is down 10 feet.

I think you would get used to it. You get to enjoy alpine skiing---only 15 min from my house, glacier hiking, whitewater rafting, snowmobiling, and the lake during the summer is 5-7 minutes from the house. It is the best of both worlds.

Hey, did you see the pics of the New Year's wakeboarding run on WSR? They boarded in conditions like that

They must be near the coast, all of our lakes are frozen. But even if they were not, I don't think that I would be out wakeboarding!

                Chpthril,
You need to move out here. I know a lot of people who would love to have 74!

I love 74, just not a week before xmas and when i'm stoked up to do some winter camping. And I mean real camping, you know, tents and and all that

The wife already decided that we will retire out west, the Tetons or Sawtooths

Right now I haven't switched gears yet, I would love to be out boating, but in a few weeks I will be in the winter mindset!

Good choices. We are going to Grand Targhee in January, you get an awesome view of the tetons at the top.

What is that white stuff? What is up with all of that open land? It all looks like some postcard I saw once.

Ok Moki, I am coming to you house for a couple days. You won't mind the company for a week or so, will you? I mean I need to get some snow time in, and a month at your house sounds pretty good. So in the couple months I am there will we be snowmobiling or skiing or somehting else? I'm sure I can spring for a 6 pack or something for your troubles....

                              Moki,
We were thinking of going to Targhee for a day since we never have, how long does it take to get there from Teton Village?
