Did yall see the new issue of Waterski Magazine? They have the RZ2 listed at 55k MSRP. How accurate is that? Coach is that close to what you found when purchasing your new baby?

In the auto business, MSRP is usually more than than dealer sticker. But boat dealers seem to mark them as high as the market will bear

A more comparable boat would be an X-star.....It has a better resale, finish, and look than the RZ2, but it also has a little higher base price....I think they are around 62k vs mid 50's for RZ2. One huge advantage is I think you can order an X-star with the LQ9 or an LS7.....can you say Corvette?
IMO Tige is leaving the niche market they had cornered by raising the MSRP on all their models over time. They started in the 20-30 and are now in the 50-80 I think many potential buyers are going to look into Moomba and Gekko as an alternative. Tige used to target the same buyer and won; going up against Mastercraft, Supra, Malibu, and Natique is going to be tough. The Tige name, altough it shouldnt be, is not considered by many to be in the same class. That is a huge hurdle they are going to have to clear.Last edited by spharis; 12-18-2006, 09:31 PM.http://www.wakeboatworld.com

I dont know what MC your talking about , but as to fit, finish, ride, performance and quality , the Tige is every bit as good and in most areas better , and as for resale value , if check percentages you find they are equal and certain models the Tiges are higher. As to current pricing of inboard , all are going up, I dont like it ,but its do to heavy demand in the market.
