Usb update

Hello again all. Rec’d update from dealer and instructions on how to download. Usb devices working perfectly in computer and file has the correct characters in it. However, when I fire everything up the screen is saying “waiting on connection or usb.” I’ve tried two different usbs now. Green light is on indicating usb is getting power. Any ideas? Thanks!

What year is your boat, and can you post the file

Think I got it to go finally. I ended up plugging in to usb next to steering wheel instead of dash. It’s a 2018. Sorry and thank you!
