    2020 ZX Wave

I've got a 2016 RZX that has a great wave but I don't like a few things with my boat. So, I have been looking at the new trim tabs with hydraulic actuators on the new 2020 ZX models and was was wondering if the wave is better and or different from the RZX. Also the RZX is not a good boat for big waves as they tend to come over the front of the boat. Does the ZX have the same problem?

Before I buy another boat Im gonna do a lot of research and demo rides on many different manufactures and obtaining info from owners of the new ZX is the is a first step in this process. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

It would help to know what you don't like about your boat, and which RZX you have, 20, 22 or 23?

The ZX line absolutely has a bow that doesn't "Roll off" like the RZX line.

I can give a pretty good comparison, my brother has an 18 23 RZX and I have a 2020 25ZX. The new GSA tabs and go system are amazing, easy to set up, consistent performance, no moving people around in the boat. The wave on both sides is clean and has a ton of push. On my bros RZX the starboard side wave is very hard to get clean and long, and we've played with lead, decreasing ballast on port side, speed etc and it just doesn't clean up like it should. His port side wave is good, I'd say my 25ZX the port side is longer with a bit more push than his wave.
On the nose, the 25ZX is very hard to bury. We boat on Lake of the Ozarks so can be pretty much an ocean on the weekends and we have no problems. My bros boat you have to pay attention to not dunk the nose, and he always hates the bow spray he get with some wind chop.

You just can't go wrong with the new ZX lineup and the GSA tabs and GO system.
