Towing with Bimini up or down

I have never towed with the Bimini extended and I have towed both with the bimini in the boot strapped to the tower and completely off the tower in the boat. I have towed it with the boot on and strapped to tower for several hundred miles with an average speed of 75-80 mph with no problems. I made sure it was strapped tight to the tower.

Sounds like me!
I have tried to make it from Havi back down to my storage in Parker with the Biimini up!

Tell me about it. The cover now gets bungeed in three places to make sure it won't unzip again. I'm thinking about getting an extended bimini over this winter break."a what? i can['t] say/spell/pronounce that word..." - wannabewakeboarder
