    How to Judge the Quality of Washer Motors

    Why the capacitor of the washing machine is bad and what’s the solutions

    There are two reasons for the capacitor damage in the washing machine: one is that the capacitor is dampened for a long time, and deterioratee, and then the capacity is reduced; the other is that the capacitor is punctured and damaged due to the high grid voltage during use.

    The capacitor of the washing machine is broken, usually because the capacity of the capacitor has dropped and the motor of the washing machine cannot be started. The washing machine motor is a capacitive starting motor. The function of the capacitor is mainly to increase the terminal voltage when the motor starts to make the motor start to rotate and work normally. When the starting capacitance of the washing machine motor is too small and the capacity is insufficient, the terminal voltage of the capacitor will decrease, and the motor cannot start to rotate. It is clear your washing machine motor knowledge is vastly superior to anyone else's on this board. Quite frankly I'm glad you joined this BOAT forum. You are just what this forum was missing. I've often thought about the capacitor in my washing machine, and wished I had some form of capacitor power in my boat while trying to get on plain with full ballast. I look forward to more information you will share with us. Might I suggest something along the lines of "proper techniques for extra curricular activities involving the spin cycle"? THANKS!
