Removing a Tige touch 2

Hey guys! I hope everyone’s maintaining a fair state of sanity with all this Covid drama happening!
I’ve got a good friend with a 15’ RZ2 w/Tige touch 2 that has crapped the bed on him and he’s wanting to remove it to get a replacement. Without personally being there to look it over I’m kinda at a loss for how to remove it from the dash without damaging anything.
Does anyone know the process and if so be willing to shed some light on it? Pics are always great if you’ve got some. I looked through the forum using the search tool but didn’t find much.

The chromax peals off. Try to save it if you can.
