    2015 Z1 GSA tabs

I am in the process of replacing the Taps3 tabs with GSA tabs. I seemed to be having trouble with the stroke on the actuators. As I cycle the actuators through the dealer link on the display they seem to not return as far as they extend. Which after a few cycles they are barely above level in the up position. I am wondering everyones thought on this. The actuators seem to sound ok, they don't seem to be making any abnormal sounds as the are working. I assume if they fail they completely quit functioning. As I hold tension on the ram by hand as they are cycled they seem to vary in stroke by about 1/4" per cycle.

Is it possible the actuators are the problem, or is the Tige Touch giving uneven length of signal?

This is the video I took over several cycles.

Video is private. My guess is you need new actuators, they don’t always stop working completely and if they’re acting up under no load once you put it under load you will have no hope.
That is assuming everything hinges freely and they aren’t binding.

Old version of software. You need 10182017 that has overrun when going home and has higher amperage. Message me and I will send you a link.
            Oh Yeah!

Koolaid, message sent. Please let me know if you don't receive it. I don't have the best of luck with the private message on this forum.

Thanks KoolAid, the updated program seemed to bring it around.

Hopefully Koolaid will comment, I understand the update to be dated 10-18-2017. So that is a good question if your boat falls before or after the firmware date.

2015-2016 7" screens are one set of software so the 10182017 is the final version of that generation.

2017-2019 7" screens a different generation and take a different format of software. Its final version is 20190321
