This is what happens when you strip the material. You build new ones because the old ones fall apart.

Let’s hope they stay together. I did have to make new bottoms for the bow seats. How did your interior come out?

I rebuilt my seat backs from PVC Foam. Waterproof and won't rot out again or hold water.
            Food for thought.

That turned out so clean. Going to spray my seat parts with bed liner to seal them up.

Sonic I saw your thread before. You definitely put a lot of time and love into you boat. It looks awesome. AjMichael I thought about doing the same with the Bedliner

I figure the Rhino coat is a rubber base so should water seal it and still allow staples.

What’s up guys. Just got my new interior back from the upholstery shop. On to cleaning the hell out of the interior before putting it back on. What do y’all recommend for protecting and cleaning the vinyl? I’ll post pics after I get it all in.

Nice! Clean. Simple. Not peanut butter. Looks great.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

I agree - looks sharp. However, SONICs Peanut Butter (and others) above looks "nice, clean, and simple" as well in my humble opinion.

Thanks. Went for a clean and simple look. I saw another 21V on here with Th e carbon fiber silver and white. It was my inspiration. I changed it a bit from theirs to not copy exactly. I need to clean the new vinyl and protect it. What is a god vinyl protectant/ cleaner?

Working on removing the old decals/vinyl off the sides. It sure is a PIA. I started with a heat gun and razor blade. That is for the birds. Switched to using a rubber wheel on a drill but it still leaves a residue where the old decal was previously. Hope if don’t have to end up wet sanding to get it off. Was hoping to get by with something easy.
