Condensation/water in rear view camera

There is water/condensation trapped in my rear view camera. If I simply unscrew the two screws on the side and remove the whole thing will I be able to dry it out?

Needs to be replaced. Even if you get it to dry out, it will do it again.

Yes, the two screws is all that holds the extruded piece in place. Then there is a nut on the back of the camera.
