"Tige Performance Towboat" Gear?

Coach, great thread on the Group Buys in the Site Suggestions and Feedback section - good luck w/your research. I have a tangent, and didn't want to hijack your thread, so here it is.

I've been disappointed w/Tige's apparel, as most doesn't mention 'Towboat'. Many places that I would wear the gear, or use the decal, etc, people don't know what a 'Tige' is. For that reason, I've not bought any Tige gear in the year and a half that I've been interested in or owned my Tige.

My MC buddy has alot of MasterCraft Gear w/'World Record Tow Boat' on it - it's nice stuff (actually, the MasterCraft brand is recognizable w/o the words 'Towboat' in it - Tige isn't).

I'd be all over some quality t-shirts, flex fit hats and decals that said 'Tige Performance Towboats', 'Tige Towboats', or 'Tige Precision...' you get the point.

Note: as far as towels or coozies go, a plain 'Tige' still works if needed, as we use them on our Tige boat.

Coach/any of you guys w/embroidery hook-ups think you could put something like this together? I know there are likely logo copyright issues - perhaps there is a way around it view the TigeOwners angle... Maybe the one below would work?

Yeah, I can see either of those working - Agreed. I just think getting the word 'Boats' in there makes a lot of sense.

Tige did use the phrase "Precision Watersport Tow Boats" back in the day. Now a days its just Tige Boats.

I love the idea, and would buy hats or sweatshirts for sure!! Maybe a t-shirt or two. I really like big thick warm sweatshirts!! I have a decal on my truck that is awesome, let me see if I can find it that I think would be perfect!!

If Tige even used Tige 'Boats' like Matt references, I'd have a closet full of their gear by now.

I guess anything that our 'splinter group' would put out would be considered 'bootleg' by Tige Corporate. Is this a big problem? Thoughts?

I like the Old School tag line "Precision Watersport Tow Boats", but may be too long... Maybe one of our resident computer Geeks can run a poll of names suggested to-date?
