Heater and shower are already on my 'wish list' for next winter.

Not sure we could use the shower here in AZ. Last August the water temp was 93 and the air temp was 117. On second thought, maybe we could hook up the shower to the ice chest drain.
yeah, i hear you in auguest, but we go year round out here in CA, and the other day I'm sure it would be nice to use. Water was 60, and air was 50's. I just used a skin, but my friend used the shower.

Showers are nice but heaters are awesome. My last boat had a shower and in 2+ years I think it was only used a handfull of times. It is more of a selling feature but to me not worth the extra $. My new boat I just ordered I went without the shower and our warm water maxes at around 70 in late August.
Domslude, you are braver than most. We head to the sand dunes until April for winter recreation. Water begins to warm as does the air temp in April. 70 is my limit on the water temp with no limit to the air temp as long as we are on the water. Love that sun....
I would love to head to the dunes, but no such luck yet. That is my next item to purchase I think I love the water and love to use it as much as possible!

It is amazing the number of people at the lake that hit the dunes for the winter. These two activities complement each other more that I could have guessed. Once you ride virgin dunes, it tough to stay away...
Unless its hot in the dunes (May - September) and then the lake is calling.
Learned to snowboard a couple years back. Loved every minute of it other than when it came time to get off the lift. Still need to work on my exit strategy. I thought it would be closer to wakeboarding-not so...
We will go in the spring if we get any snow here in the desert.
yeah i did it about 4 yrs ago, and said I'd never do it again. last year was up in steamboat and my brother and I changed for a run or two, I went and rented a board for the rest of the trip. I love it now and won't go back to skiing. Skiing was a bit boring to me, snowboarding is a challenge
