    Walkthrough WindScreen

One of many winter projects: Installed my windscreen this afternoon. I found a place in town that works with these kinds of materials (Lexan and UHMPE). Took them some pics and measurments, and he had it done it done in 2 days.

If anyone is interested, I could probably get one made and shipped for about $100.

    Lexan is light smoke
Guides come in: black, green, white (slim choice, that what he has in stock)

That is pretty cool. Where do you keep the plexiglass when you are not using it?

      Thanks

Rough demensions are 35x20. I'm looking for a sleeve to keep it safe. It fits perfect against the outside wall in the port console. I'll probably keep it in the storage building most of the time because we will only use it spring/fall.

                Factory Wind Block w/Custom Cover

My wife was kind enough to make this for us out of light grey vinyl. Dimensions of cover are 35 x 20.5 x 17.5 (it tapers from top to bottom).

I did help - I put the Tige decal on the Wind Block.

When the Wind Block isn't in the Walkthrough, it is stored in the cover in the starboardrear compartment (22i).

The Wind Block is used much more than you'd think - WakeChicks call for it on 7:00 a.m. runs even during the summer. Only crew that doesn't like it is our dog - cuts down on the area he gets to pace/patrol.

Very nice. Mine came with a nice cover made of vinyl and I found I don't need to take it out of the vinyl to put it in place. Plus the cover is hard to get off (maybe it is ment to be used on?)

                      Cheap Thrill,
OK, I want one. When I get the boat back I will take the measurements!

Do you guys have heater's on your boats?

The Windscreen makes the heater 1000 times more efficient in my opinon. My son likes to sit right behind it, as there is a vent for our heater right there.
