2013 r20 with PCM 343 turns over but wont start

Have a computer and getting this fuel pump relay error code. We cleared and replaced relays but still not starting. Mechanic checked compression, spark, tried ether. He is 99% convinced it a bad ECM. Anything we may be missing? Thank you 171FF6E6-6A8E-4280-AC2A-4DA2DC2BFD3D.jpg
