I keep seeing threads over on WW on guys putting LED's in the cupholders. I wondered if any of you have done it in your Tige. I was not sure if it was any harder to get the cupholders out from the slots and run the wiring underneath.

Coach, i can't say how hard it is to do, but this guy sells 'em already 12v compatable no transformers required, just wire into any 12v source. And he's cheap! In fact he has all kinds of LED goodies.

fyi!! If your boat has the plastic crap ones, the stainless one's will not fit in the holes. You will have to sand out quite a bit of fiberglass to make it fit. Just letting you know. I replaced the plastic one's that had broken, but don't plan on replacing the other one's till they break, it was a PITA to sand out enough room to make it work.Originally posted by G-MONEYIt hurts me to say it but go OU but only for this weekend!!!!

Just for the Cool factor?
A little cool (ooooo, haaaa factor) and it creates some nice ambiance for the night floats with the tunes and coctails. Kinda like a campfire without the heat.Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Razz,
Interesting. When I ordered mine they didn't have colors or two sizes. Same price. Also, those aren't the one's I ordered, as mine have the dual bottoms, you know the one's that will fit bottles as well as cans and what not. Just might have to go measure and see if the smaller one would fit in myother spots. The alumn looks a lot cleaner then the plastic!Originally posted by G-MONEYIt hurts me to say it but go OU but only for this weekend!!!!
