    Not sure how bad your allergies are, but something that saved me was ionic breeze's. I know it's a tv thing, and we are all skeptical on them, but I tell you what I have three of them in my house and my weims and I don't have ANY alergies at all now. I used to be sneezeing and runny nose all day, but not now. so between the two, either the short hair, or the breezes and I'm golden!! I love these dogs, and wouldn't trade them for anything!

                  they do look a lot alike. They dogs are really Blue in color, and that's thier akc color as well.

                      Well mine would have loved boating but unfortunately we lost him early this year, sure do miss him. He did love Christmas though!

                        Razzman,

                        Sorry about your pup, Rhodesian's are great dogs. Jake was a mix of rhodesian, viszla, and lab.

                          Yeah he was something else, thought he was a person, not a dog. I couldn't go anywhere without him! He was seven years old and got a hyperthyroid condition which caused him to into spasms. We've had Rhodesians for years, in fact he was our third. Just haven't felt the inclination to get another since we lost him.
