Here is a pic of Riley and her brothers - She will be two in April and absolutely loves the boat but not swimming although she will get on the swim platform so we can splash her to cool her down on those hot summer days.
Very true. That's my good friends dog(Riley) She loves the purple. I think she put hers back into pink, but not sure. Haven't seen hers in a while since they both still live in OK

I had a Blue when I was a kid and absolutely love the breed so when it came time to get a dog I told my wife it would have to be a weim. Great family dogs but they definitely need the family to be around.
Not to sound stupid....but....what kind of dogs are those??/ The wife and I are looking at getting a Golden, but with my allergies I wonder if a dog like yours would be better.
um, not sure if we did it on accident or what, but one day we gave her lots and lots of water, and then brought her out on the boat. I noticed her start to sniff, around and whine a bit, so I brought her to the teak, of course had it above the water, and made her stand there, and kept telling her to go. She always goes on land, so once she started to squat my friends stepped on the teak to lower it in the water and she went. Most of the times she will just hold it(she has held if for 14 hours at home) but when she needs to go, she will step back and go.

Weimeraners. Not sure if your allergies would be any better because they do shed just smaller shorter hairs. They were originally bred to work all day bird hunting so they have a lot of energy and as previously stated they do like to have people around.

Most of the time the short haired dogs are worse on allergies.
I just love Weims. I really want one, but the wife doesn't want another dog, we have a boxer lab mix.
