Any ideas for new flooring molding?

I would like to replace carpet with a pvc vinyl loop product similar to Deckadence (minus the Deckadence price tag). My boat like many others has the grey carpet and then there is a strip of molding covered in carpet either stapled or screwed to the walls all the way around. It's like a small carpet baseboard.

When I replace the floor carpet I was thinking of replacing that carpet baseboard thing with some sort of plastic baseboard or molding. Anyone have any ideas what would work?
