New Tige owner and trying to figure out Taps2 and AVX system. My understanding is that the AVX system is the plate under the swimstep and can be controlled from the panel or the handheld device to control wave. So what does the Taps system control. I thought it controlled this AVX plate up and down but I believe they are two different systems? Any clarification here is appreciated as I am learning these different systems.

AVX is the “wing” that mirrors and is underneath the swimstep. It serves as a hull extension, and can be adjusted up and down to adjust the surf wave steepness and length. The TAPS 2 metal tab adjusts the pitch of the boat...down lowers the bow, up allows the bow to rise thus keeping the rear of the boat down.
