They are less forgiving. If you have a prop strike more damage may occur to the more expensive drivetrain rather than than the hardened prop.

I once banged a stainless prop on my very first Tige on the ramp as the wind pushed me into shore and I was turning around. The prop was fine, however my strut was bent. Repairing a prop would have been a lot cheaper.Be excellent to one another.
