E series rack strap

I have seen a lot of people post about completely replacing the rack, we are happy with the rack we just need a replacement strap for one that broke. Has anyone had any luck sourcing one? We tried Tige, they referred us to Samson who was down right hostile about the inquiry. Anyone seen one of these straps anywhere?

Just an FYI I was quoted min order of 5 @ $20/ea with $20 shipping. We don’t need all 5 would be willing to part with a couple if anyone needs any.
