You too man. It should be right under the dealer padlock icon. The older screens you needed to dig into the pigtail behind the screen for the updates. Starting in I think 18 you can update from the USB right at the dash/helm. -
There is a USB port hanging behind the touchscreen.

Only thing with the above instructions is the part about holding the top left button. That's for the 7" screens. (TT2)
The 10" (Clear) just has the "Update" button in the settings screen and after you pick the file it will go to the bootloader then install the OS update.
Unless my memory is shot and some 16 RZXs got 7" screens.Comment

The above instructions are pretty good but they are for a 7" (TT2). Pretty sure Zack has the 10" (Clear). Maybe I'm tripping thoComment

That’s my screen, and what I see when the thumb drive is in there after holding the top left button at startup.. I can’t get anywhere, after that. Maybe that file doesn’t work for me, who knows!???!

Well sh*t. I was tripping. That's the 7" (TT2). If you are plugged into the USB on the back of that screen and getting that little folder with a # next to it it's likely the file that is the issue.
Can you copy and paste the file name you have on the USB here??Comment

It was a weird file type, pvi, or something, and almost 80MB.. maybe something was wrong there. I guess I should have brought a laptop out to try and figure it out. I was in a big rush to get to the lake, after work. I could have easily done something wrong.

So do you have a Polk head unit in the glovebox??
That file wont load because it's for the 10" Clear. The BL at the front of the file name is how I know. Koolaid probably assumed as did I you had a 10". I'm omw in to the shop now and have the file you need, but need to know if you have the Polk in the glovebox because if I screw it up you will have no stereo
