Thats the Knock retard limit reached. You need to be sure you arent running low octane fuel or that engine will knock(just need to rule this out as it can cause damage if you keep running with it knocking). Supercharged needs premium to combat predetonation due to upped compression ratio. There was also a mandatory software change for some of the supercharged Raptors from Indmar. If it didnt get that .cal file uploaded theres a small chance that is the issue.

That’s what I thought from a google search. Never had the code before always use 91. Filled up at Chevron last week with 91 when we were fine at Mead, wonder if they had the tanks switched or something, I’m out on the water now and houseboat does have premium onboard, maybe I’ll try to run out some gas but not load it down too much and fill with the houseboat tank.
Any ideas how to clear the beeping?

You can try dumping the master switch turn master back and then keying on until engine start then shutoff. Do the engine on engine off 5 times. It may clear it. It would be worth just running it again to see if it dumps the code into "inactive" and will keep it logged in ECM for your dealer/techs. May already be done beeping at you. If it just keeps beeping its because ECM is getting a "knock detected" input from the sensors and it is exceeding the number of program "allowable" knocks in a given period of time. Once that parameter is met ECM is going to do its job and MIL is gonna keep going off.

Could also be an outside chance Knock sensor is the issue but have yet to see one fail on a Raptor.

Signal is not great here but just an update, code cleared itself, haven’t had any issues. I did turn the master battery switch off, hopefully this continues the rest of the trip.
