XTP makes three different towers for Tige...they're not all the same.

XTP makes the Z series tower and Tigé makes the E series tower. XTP makes towers for other boat companies.

I know they make the RZ2, and I think they make a 22 and a 24, but I can't remember off the top of my head if they are V or VE towers.

If XTP makes more that one Tower for Tige its possible that is for the 08 models or if one comes out in late 07. I havent heard of any news about this though.

I know several people that work for XTP.

I was kinda scoping out the company's reputation on the net, seeing how well customers liked the product and such....and ran into this site. I can find very little customer comments on the XTP towers, really.

I can assure you that there are three DIFFERENT towers that XTP makes for Tige. They may be the same "style, and look alike, but have they have different dimensions. For one, the angles of the aft feet are different, to match the hull of the boats, which are not all the same.

I think that is where the difference lies. I didn't know if you meant that they made only one Z tower, or all. The thing that led me to think that you meant one tower is your singular usage of the word tower.

No big problem though. No harm done or offense taken by me. Hope the same is true for you.

I can get some more specifics on the differences, if you'd like. Your being a dealer, it could present some problems, if one of the installers thought that all Z towers were the same.

I dont know what you can derive from that statement....but knock yourself out trying....my point being I'm glad that my dealer just put a Sampson Tower on and I had to think about it..um about 0 seconds. She looks good and does everything I want that's all bro!

That's what your dealer's supposed to do. It sould have been the same for you, with any tower, not just the Sampson.
