You have to be passionate about this kind of subject. I also agree that it is to throw beer cans/bottles and butts in the lake.

I'd like to see LOUD and VERY PUBLIC ridicule (maybe even including infliction of physical pain) for polluters. The bubbas who slam a beer and leave the can in the water need some reprimands IMO. And all the freaking smokers who think it's ok to throw the butt in the water get DOUBLE helpings of pain and shame!!!!!
