2005 24V bimini top

Probably an easy answer for someone who knows...

I always take off one side of my bimini top to get it under the tower. Is there a way to do this without unscrewing from one side of the tower? Pic attached of top.

I have yet to find another way than the one that you described.

I only asked because mine does have the small pin(ball) that you can push in (similar to raising legs on a canopy). But after looking at it, doesn't really seem to do anything so made me feel lost.

Nope. I detach the back 2 screws and release the hinges (move sleeve down) and fold it all forward over the windshield. Seems like there should be a better way, but I've yet to find it.
