    R20 proposing

    Hi all,

I have a 2014 tige R20 and it porpoises badly at over 40mph. I know they are not built for speed but I do have a few mates that like to bare foot from time to time.
I have tried filling the front tanks and putting two people in the bow but still porpoises badly. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Sounds like the taps ram was installed in the wrong location of the tab was not the correct unit. Pretty easy fix either way. A 1/4" or so spacer should be made that goes between the taps ram and they tab.
    Oh Yeah!

With ballast full up front and TAPS at 1, that should calm it down. I agree the RZR and R20 can porpous over 30 mph. I owned a RZR and had the same issue. Hopefully the TAPS plate can be adjusted with a spacer to make it drop a bit lower.

Confirm TAPS plate is working. With front ballast full and people up front with TAPS at 1, there should be no porpoising

R20 and RZR need some weight up front (people or water) if you have a few folks behind the windshield.

What everyone has said, taps all the way to 1 and if that still does it, put some weight in front.

              Thanks for the advice,
Have tried people up the front and full front sacks still no good!! Was thinking of making taps plate longer, what’s your thoughts on that? Or should I be happy with what I have.

Did you install the spacer as noted above? That’s the easy thing to do at this point.
