@sandm, I will let you know.
I have a friend with GSA on Malibu 247 and it works great. I am sure it would work well on my boat too, but am willing to risk a new system with less tech, for a lot less money cause I believe the tabs will work.

I researched InfinityWave and if I had to compare the tabs to anything on market, they are similar to the 2019 Supreme 238, also a deep V...its a new design they just put out this year too and it was to improve their design on previous year models.
I have heard that GSA is better on flatter bottom boats than deep V, guess I cant personally confirm that except to say it is excellent on that Malibu and haven't personally been behind a GSA system on a deep V. I do know a couple people that have talked on the forums about having a little trouble dialing GSA on their deep V.

Owner of InfinityWave, put it on his SV230 and seems to work very well and I have a good chunk of ballast in my boat, so I imagine it will do well.
Not having this system as simple as "push button auto" is not a downside to me. Not only cause it saves a good deal of money but also cause wave will be very adjustable. I can also easily add Lenco buttons with indicators if I want to know exactly where the tab is at (they do offer an upgrade for that switch) or I could potentially figure out a way to program a system that IS auto. I have friends, lol.

In meantime, I am gonna install, dial the wave, enjoy my "Manuel switches" and have a blast this summer no matter what happens. Life is good when you have a boat!!

      Infinity wave surf system

I’ve been doing a lot of reading up on dyi surf systems. Curious what anyone thought about this Bennet autotrim tab controller for a surf system. If I understand it right you can set fav 1... starboard tab all the way down port up, fav 2 the opposite. This way if you wanted to switch sides while riding it would probably be quicker than using the regular trim controller

Also would be curious if this coupled with the infinity wave system would work while wakeboarding. Instead of having to shift bodies around the boat the get a clean wake I wonder if you set the atp in auto mode if it would push the necessary tab down to compensate and level boat thus making wakeboard wake clean on both sides ?? Or wonder if the infinity tabs hinder the wake

Would probably only work if you could set fav 1 and fav 2 in a certain spot, not necessarily all the way down. A tab all the way down usually ends up with white wash. Least on my boats that's what I've gotten.

Well ya it’s adjustable and you can set it to where you want it and save it. I watched a video on it, they retract at idle and deploy when getting up to speed. I just don’t know if it will work they way we’d want it to.

Something the Supra and Moomba programming does (if I remember correctly) lowers the tabs some at idle, so when you launch it gets on plane quicker, then it sets it to your settings. Looks like this could do the same possibly. The price wouldn't be too bad depending on what the tab kit itself is.

Elevated has some real world experience with GSA on Tige hulls as well.

I think the aftermarket automated surf systems is just starting to catch up with the shaper market. 3-4 years ago there were only a handful of slap on shapers and they werent cheap. Now theres a lot more options and cheaper.
My question is who will provide the best service/warranty on the backend of the sale?? Should be interesting ro see where it goes.
Been doing it for some time now Ryan rings me direct with Tige questions.

ASR, Z3, Rzx 2/3, ZX you name it we have prob done it. That system is second to none.

Why not just buy a Gsa controller which will give you autolaunch/real time speed and a system that runs off an APP on your phone or tablet? 4-500 vs 1500 for ryan's controller to me, is a no brainer.

After further research I can promise you there is no better system than GSA. It is worth every penny!
