I'm still waiting for more interest before I made a batch of them. My machine shop friend needed to make about 20 to make it worth our time. I should probably post about them again and see if I can round up more people since there is probably a lot more m2 towers around now. These ones on my boat are actually steel and powder coated however the ones we were planning to make would be out of aluminum. Cost would be around $300 a pair for them power coated grey or black. You could also skip the powder coating and take them to a body shop and have them painted any color you'd like.

I just made them for the outside. I believe the same pattern would fit on the inside as well. Honestly it doesn't look weird or unfinished without them on the inside and they have a nice finish on both sides. However if you wanted to light them up you would need them on both sides. I got a call into my machine shop guy to see if we can do a smaller quantity and how that would affect the price. I need to make one set and take them over to the dealer and compare the fit on other boats as well since the pattern was made off of my tower alone. Not sure how much different towers will vary. Not a lot I'd assume.
