Look at the alternator. Is there two sets of wires on the stud or just one that goes to the isolator? That will tell me if there is another issue in the charging system.

I have a black (negative), red (positive) and some wire harness to the alternator.Attached FilesLast edited by NHarp1; 10-09-2018, 11:43 AM.Nick

I would check to see if the power distribution unit is working before spring, unless you will have plenty of time to mess with it then, or the water is too cold to get in anyway.
A poor man's way of doing without running the boat is to hook your charger to the battery that the alternator is connected to with your batteries hooked up as normal. Once the battery reaches a sufficient voltage, the Prosolcharg unit should then combine the batteries so that both are being charged. Use your voltmeter to also be sure that the batteries are not in a constant state of being combined before you hook up the charger.
My only concern being that charge from your charger is a little bit puny compared to the alternator, but it still should work.Be excellent to one another.

Can't really see what I am looking for. Some 2016's did not have a wire from the alternator to the starter. There was just a wire from the alternator to the isolator. You can PM me your address and I will send you the wire that goes from alternator to starter. You will also need to move the isolator wire that is currently on the cranking battery to the dead side of the battery switch. I bet this corrects your problems.Oh Yeah!

Sounds like dealer will be sending me a replacement voltage management.
Question: when swapping out the ProIsoCharge to the Blu Sea 7610, the alternator wire does not go to the Blu Sea. Where does the red alternator wire go to? Does it get relocated to the Cranking or House battery terminal?

Alternator lead goes to boat side of main bank.
My thoughts on the ACR are a bit difference. I prefer to wire the ACR leads to the boat side of the switch, not the battery side, as Blueseas shows. This isolates the ACR from the batteries when switch is off. A) no parasitic draw from the ACR and B) its not active when your dual bank charger is in use.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

I am lost when you say "boat side of switch".
Does this drawing look correct?

One side of the switch connects to both battery banks and the other side is all the boat stuff. So when the switch is off, nothing it tied to the batteries, unless we specifically want it to. In other words, on positive voltage on cables when switch is off, is the boat side. if it has voltage, its the battery side of the switch.
Diagram is not wrong, but its not how I wire the ACR and switch.
If your dealer, whose providing the ACR, cannot provide a diagram that different from how Tige wires the pro mariner device, PM me an email and ill shoot you a more ideal PDF.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

This is the layout for the 7610. Will do a much better one in CAD later lol!
Edit: I left out the ground wire and the ignition wire on the 7610. You have it correct on your drawing.Last edited by KoolAid; 10-08-2018, 08:49 PM.Oh Yeah!

Yeah, you need the ground, but the 7610 does not need the IGN INT. If the alt supply will reach, id take it to the boat side of the switch.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

This might save you some CAD work. I did not compare the drawings above, but thought I would upload this right away to help out one way of installing it.
This is how I did mine:
