Get some PnP bags and some lead. If you want to take advantage of having a boat that can produce a sweet surf wave.

If you use the recommendations from Elevated in the thread that Freeheel put up, you’ll be dialed.. I don’t run PnP bags, but lead has been really key for me, as far as being able to put weight exactly where you want it.. we normally run 300-400 pounds rider side in the surf locker, 200-300 in the bow, and if we have any left, we throw them under the side seats, to get the bow rise and tilt that we’re after. I know the PnP is really easy, but the lead is a lot more versatile, as far as I’m concerned..

I guess to expand on that, just a little more, we fill factory ballast full, and dump some of the offside, to get the bow rise and tilt where we want it. We also ride 11-12mph, depending on rider size and preference to speed. I saw Jason recommend riding as fast as 12.5, which I planned on trying, but it’s looking like our season may be done now..
