Monthly Update

Here is your July update (better late than never). The postings will increase next month. We are now 65 days away!

Lodging
Temple Bar Hotel; Sold Out. The waiting list is 8 with Kyle Johnson next on the list.
Temple Bar RV Full Hook Ups; 3 booked, 7 spots remain open.
Temple Bar Camping spots; Many available, including spots large enough for an RV (NO hook ups).

* Temple Bar Resort has worked hard on finding us alternatives for those on the waiting list. If you are one of the 8 families on the waiting list and you’re not interested in staying at the Hoover Dam Lodge, they shared the following website; www.rvshare.com. Once on the site, enter Temple Bar Marina, AZ, USA in the search bar. Click “Search”. You can then filter the search to your dates and other needs. Of important note; look for the “Additional Filters” section on the bottom left. There is an “Offers Delivery” option.

The Hoover Dam Lodge https://hooverdamlodge.com/, located approximately 45 minutes away, has rooms available. Currently they are priced at $119.95 a night. However, if they can get enough interest for 10 or more rooms, it would be a "significant discount". If someone is interested in leading that effort, please feel free!

Event Shirts and Sweatshirts

Tee-Shirts (short sleeve, clima-cool similar to previous years with logo on front, sponsors on back); $15 for sizes Child S to Adult XL, $20 for sizes 2XL-4XL

Sweat Shirts (embroidered logo on front, nothing on back); $35, sizes are Adult S, M, L, XL, and 2XL

Are the shirts coming from the same company as last year? I think it was last year that you put up a link for the company so we could see inch measurements for the different shirt sizes. Need to figure out what the child sizes are really like so i can place my order.

I regret to inform everyone that the husband of our main point of contact (Jennifer) at Temple Bar Marina has passed away. Pam and I have ordered flowers to be delivered to Jennifer today and signed the card "Our prayers are with you during this difficult time, Tige Boat Owners". Jennifer has been awesome to us over the years! It's my understanding (on word from her sister) she will continue to live and work at Temple Bar.

So sorry to hear that. Nothing can replace a loss like that. She is always so helpful to the group and I am sure she is appreciating the flowers you sent. My families thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. Thanks for letting us know!
