I tried real hard last year (2018) to rent one of the mobile homes. They are on a strict no rental agreement with the HOA. The owners are only allowed to occupy them for 180 days out of the year. No one can permanently live in a national recreation area. If we lived in Nevada or Arizona we would buy one in a heartbeat. I think Temple Bar would be a great place to call our home lake. Of course the year we did that the reunion would move to Powell or somewhere.

The rv spots are skattered all around the mobile home park. Just where a mobile home used to be or until a new one comes in. Maybe they no longer let new ones come into the park. Over time they will all be gone and then it will just be for rv’s. I have no idea though.
Know some folks with a cabins that the forest service handed them a 99 year lease and when its up supposedly the cabin is gone for good no matter what.
