        Yessir! If we can get everyone to bring a crockpot again, and any long extension cords you have, that would be awesome. We will need at least one generator again as well (I think we used Dans last year?). I will be putting out the September update and the agenda for the event in the next day or two. Only 3 weeks away

          plan for 2 of us. my sis is a little flakey at this point and if they do come, they will provide for themselves...

          I think we have a crock pot but moving this weekend could be a challenge to find. we'll search for it next week. we have 3 50ft extension cords we can bring if needed.

          and a 12pk of beer for you

              Monthly Update

              Here is your September update. We are now 17 days away! Please watch for more frequent updates over the next few weeks.

              Lodging
              Temple Bar Hotel; Sold Out. The waiting list is 8 with Kyle Johnson next on the list. If you don’t have a room yet, I would strongly encourage you to look at the alternatives below. Chances of rooms becoming available this late are slim.

              Temple Bar RV Full Hook Ups; 5 booked, 5 spots remain open.
              Temple Bar Camping spots; Many available, including spots large enough for an RV (NO hook ups).

              The Hoover Dam Lodge https://hooverdamlodge.com/, located approximately 45 minutes away, still has many rooms available (as of today). Currently they are priced at $119.95 a night.

              * Temple Bar Resort has worked hard on finding us alternatives for those on the waiting list. If you are one of the 8 families on the waiting list and you’re not interested in staying at the Hoover Dam Lodge, they shared the following website; www.rvshare.com. Once on the site, enter Temple Bar Marina, AZ, USA in the search bar. Click “Search”. You can then filter the search to your dates and other needs. Of important note; look for the “Additional Filters” section on the bottom left. There is an “Offers Delivery” option.

              Event Shirts and Sweatshirts
              Unfortunately, we just found out today the sweatshirt will NOT have the boat in the image like the tee-shirt. The vendor cannot embroider that piece of it. If you are interested in cancelling your sweatshirt order based on this information, please let me know IMMEDIATELY.

              The order has been placed. Orders will be delivered Friday night during the kick off and money collected at that time. You can also pay in advance via VENMO – account name is @David-Powell-52

              The sponsors this year are;

                        Tim Toohers will be coordinating all the demo boards and gear. We ask that you turn everything in to Tim for others to enjoy. Please don’t demo a product and keep it for the entire day.

                        For those interested in helping us, we need long extension cords, crock pots, and folding tables. We will need some help setting up before the Friday, 7:00pm kickoff and before the Saturday, 5:00pm dinner. We are also asking everyone to bring their own chairs for the dinner.

                        Thank you again to our sponsors this year;

                                Thanks to Tigé, Germain Marine, Dave and Pam, and the many sponsors for organizing another great reunion. It was great to catch up with some good friends as well as make new ones. I should have a few pics on my phone. I will post them up. The wind was pretty stiff on Saturday so we had to take the group picture early (7AM) to beet the wind.
