Last one I wired up interior lights to, was located behind the glove box. Open the port bow seat back and it was right there.

Thank you. Can’t get my remote to pair . Any ideas?

Unplug the controller power and ground. Press and hold the music up and down on the remote(bottom right gray button, holding down the whole buttton, not just up or down). While holding the buttons plug in the power and ground plug. If it pairs the lights blink white 3 times.

Does the controller light up, indication its trying to work?

Not that I know of. Thats why I asked if it was original remote. WS may be able to tell you if theres a process to clear the controller. Also, just making sure, is the RGB/Speaker lights enabled at touch screen while trying the pairing procedure??

MY understanding is that once the brain powers up and sees the sync signal from a remote, it should sync with that remote. Any previous remotes make no mater.
I would get a volt meter and check for voltage across the power harness at the brain.
