Pros and Cons? Wet Sounds 420 bt VS. Wet Sounds 220 bt

I originally thought the 420 is what I wanted for my '08 22ve but then I saw the 220. I like the idea of being able to control four zones with the 220 vs. three with the 420.

The zones would be the two bow speakers(usually turned way down because this is where my little kids sit, currently they are completely disconnected), two tower speakers, four cabin speakers and then the sub plus a small one next to the sub.

What are the Pros and Cons of each?
To me the ability to have the tower speakers turned up for riders and cabin speakers down low and bow speakers on minimum or off is what would be important.
I know the 420 has more of an equalizer function for highs, mids, and lows but to me that is not a big deal.

The only real difference is 4 zones compared to 3 zones w/dual 4-band EQ.
